Go to the menu in the upper left-hand corner of the Home tab.ДЈ.To receive reminders before bed when your Oura Ring's battery is low, enable Battery level notifications in the Oura App. We recommend keeping your ring's battery level above 40%, if possible. Because the charger's USB cord quickly connects to laptops and power bricks, you can charge your ring easily while working, watching television, browsing the internet, or doing the dishes. Generally, we suggest keeping your charger handy in your purse, car, backpack, or at your desk. If you're still having trouble, please reference this c harger troubleshooting gu ide. Double-check that your ring is positioned correctly, ensuring good contact between your ring and the dock. If the LED light doesn't light up, ensure the charger's cable is properly connected. You will receive a push notification when charging is complete. When the light stops pulsing, your ring is fully charged.

The LED light on the charger will begin pulsing after you've set the ring on the dock. Then, place your ring on the charging dock. To charge your ring, connect the USB cord to the charger and plug the USB into a power source (e.g., a laptop, or power brick). Check your battery level by tapping the ring in the upper right-hand corner of the Home tab. Your Oura Ring can take anywhere from 20-80 minutes to charge, depending on your battery level. To check your ring size, look on the inside of your Oura Ring (listed next to the QR code), or tap the battery icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Oura Home tab and swipe left. Please be sure to order the correct charger size relative to the ring size you currently own.
